・Was Project leader on i.lab side. And I was engaged in idea planning, PoC planning and project direction for 「dropin」, a new space-sharing business by NTT communications.

・Was responsible for all of the PoC planning and operation such as definition of value, requirements of the product, user persona settings , operation design, customer journey, stakeholder communication and documentation for final report.

About 「Dropin」

Dropin is a workspace search, booking and transaction platform. You can quickly book a seat of cafe, co-working space right near your location and use the seat as a temporary working space.

プロジェクトリーダー「Drop 実証実験プロジェクト」（NTTコミュニケーションズ）

・i.lab側のプロジェクトリーダーとしてDropinアイデアの企画・実証実験の全体企画・プロジェクト統括を担当

・実証実行の計画・オペレーションの全てに責任を持ち、価値定義・プロダクトの要件定義・ユーザーペルソナの設定、オペレーションの構築、カスタマージャーニーの設計、関係者間のコミュニケーション、最終レポートの作成などを行なった。

・「Dropin」は多種多様なカフェやコワーキングスペースなどと提携し、ユーザーが今いる場所の近くで、「ワークスペースとして使える席」を即時に検索・予約・決済できるサービス。
